    Hi there, treasurer188.

We understand how important it is to reconnect your bank account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Connecting your bank account in QBO automatically downloads all your latest transactions. You can click on this article to help you connect your bank account in QBO. You just need to scroll down to Connect a bank or credit card account and follow the steps : Connect bank and credit accounts to QuickBooks Online.

Once the account is reconnected, carefully review imported transactions to ensure the records align with your books. If duplicates or unrelated transactions appear, use the "exclude" option to prevent them from being added to your bookkeeping. You can refer to this article to help you exclude the transaction downloaded in your QBO : Exclude a bank transaction you downloaded into QuickBooks Online.

For accurate results, consulting your accountant is a helpful step to ensure everything is handled correctly.
