I HAVE A DEPOSIT THAT WENT TO MY BANK FROM QUICK BOOKS BUT DOES NOT APPEAR IN QUICK BOOKS

The reason why you may be seeing a delay is that QuickBooks downloads the latest available transactions every night around 10 PM PT. This may be the reason why you're seeing a delay. How long of a delay are you experiencing on your end? I also recommend manually updating the bank feed by clicking Banking on the left navigation menu, then click "Update". This should bring in any missing transactions.
