Question

I have a new credit card that replaced an old account, QBO isn't listing it on the bank transaction screens. How do I add it to my existing linked accounts?

I replaced an old credit card with a new one. When pulling bank transactions QBO isn't pulling any transactions from this card, this the outbound payments to it from my chequing account.
When I refresh my bank connection, the account still does not populate. How do I get QBO to recognize this new card and start pulling the transactional data?

Hi hello@evmt.ca,

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online enables you to connect multiple bank and credit card accounts, to automatically download your transactions.  I would be glad to assist!

To ensure you're transactions are updating, for your new credit card, you'll need to link the account to QuickBooks.  Click here to learn how.  Once you've successfully connected the new account, you can disconnect the old one.  This will stop QuickBooks from downloading transactions, but the existing data will not be affected.

If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out.  We would be happy to help!
