I'm an uber driver and I work part time and all of the transactions go thru one single account, can I identify these three different categories in quickbooks ?

It's awesome to see that you're using the bank feed to simplify your bookkeeping! The system is designed to help you categorize your transactions as they come in, so you can easily select the appropriate category for each individual transaction. They'll all be listed in the same bank account, but there's no restriction on the category you can select.
