I'm reconciling accounts and a transfer is showing on 1 reconciliation but not the other account.

Welcome to Community!  It's essential that you're able to record the transfer and reconcile your accounts seamlessly.  QuickBooks Online provides alternatives, to how your record money movement from one account to another.  I'd be glad to help!
