I reconciled Nov. Then my co-worker made 3 changes, now my December beginning balance is inaccurate and the 3 entries are showing up in my reconciliation window, help?

Reconciliation is an important part of running your small business. Each time you reconcile an account, you start with a beginning balance in QuickBooks. This is the amount in the account on the first day of the time period you're reviewing. Think of it as a checkpoint. It tells you if you're starting with accurate numbers. 

If your colleague has made changes to previously reconciled transactions, it will certainly impact the beginning balance on your December reconciliation. Don't worry, you can fix this easily.
