Intuit payments enabled in my QBO. Home Curr as CAD. When I try to Invoice USD customers, CC payment option OFF. Turning ON only for CAD customers.

I'm glad to see you reach out to Community!  The QuickBooks Online Payments feature is designed to provide your Canadian customers the option to Pay Now, directly from their invoice, to help you get paid faster.  I'll be happy to share more information so you're on the right track with the process.

There's currently no option for USD customers to pay directly as outlined in the Intuit Payments Merchant Agreement, section 2 of the general terms.  An alternate for your USD customers would be to pay with an e-transfer or through a third party app.
