Is there an app that will allow me to process Electronic Funds Transfers through QBO?

Thanks for reaching out here.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online currently doesn't have the option for processing EFT's.  However, if this is something you'd like to see available in future updates, please don't hesitate to submit a suggestion to our Development Team.  In the meantime, you can take a look at third party apps for the best fit for your business.
