Question

MasterCard not syncing. I understand there's a manual way to download transactions into Quickbooks. Can someone provide the link? Thank you.

I reported this error a few weeks ago and was told it was a know error. I was given a link to manually download them, but I did not receive a transcript of the chat so lost the link.

I can certainly help you track that down, @davidm5. The link you were supposed to receive is the official QuickBooks Online guide for manually downloading transactions, which you can find here: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

 

Before starting the upload, download your transaction history from your bank’s website and ensure the file is in English and under 350 KB. Supported file types include QuickBooks Online (QBO), Quicken (QFX), and Comma-separated values (CSV). For more detailed assistance, please follow the attached guide above for complete, step-by-step instructions.
