It's great to see you in the Community, Welcome! Thanks for reaching out to us here. Being able to review past reconciliation without running into any issues is important. To view past reconciliations, follow these steps:
Head to the Gear icon and then select Reconcilein the TOOLS column
If you're not seeing the reconciliation that you need, I recommend clearing your cache, as it may be browsing data on your system that is preventing the software from doing what it is supposed to do.
Once you've cleared your cache, and you're still unable to view the reconciliation, I encourage you to reach out to the support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to view your screen to better assist you. You can reach them by following one of these methods:
Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat. Social Media: Facebook and Twitter
