Welcome back to the Community. It's important you're able to see and use the +New button on your account. Don't worry, I'll help you with this.
First, you'll need to clear cache on the QuickBooks app. Doing this helps fix most issues the desktop app is having. Here’s how:
Go to Help at the top corner of the screen.
Choose Reset App Data.
If you're using a browser to access QBO, I recommend clearing cache and cookies. Doing this helps by fixing most issues the site may be having. Here's an article which shows you how to do that: How to clear Cache and Cookies.
After following the steps above, proceed with logging into your account and let me know what happens. If you're still having issues. I recommend contacting our support team using this link here. Our support team will be glad to look into the issue much further.
