One possible cause for receipts not being seen would be browsing data. These temporary files can accumulate in the system and cause errors like the one you're seeing in any cloud-based program like QuickBooks Online. You can use these steps to resolve issues caused by browsing data:
Clear your browser cache if you're using a browser Try a browser if you're using the app Try deleting the app from your device, and installing it once more from the app store Try a private browser window Try another browser type Make sure you're using a supported browser and system Reset your Internet or try on another computer or device
