Why can't i link my bank account? i called the bank and they said everything is fine on their end

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online provides the option to connect your bank and credit card accounts, so you can automatically update your books.  I'd be glad to help!

When you're unable to link your bank account to QuickBooks Online, there's a number of underlying factors.  In this situation I suggest contacting us outside of Community, so we can work with you in real time, and help you accomplish your banking goals as soon as possible!

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
