Will QBO allow me to undo reconciliations as a primary admin? A QuickBooks tech told me I could and I have messed things up pretty good.

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online enables you to reconcile your accounts seamlessly.  However, there are times when transactions may need to be edited or removed.  I'd be glad to assist!

After reconciling an account, making any changes can have a negative impact on your books.  Although you can remove individual transactions from the reconciliation when reconciled in error, only an Accountant will have the option to undo reconciled accounts.  If you don't have an accountant, we can help you locate a ProAdvisor in your local area.
