Start by looking at the tasks that take up the most time but do not necessarily require you to do them personally. Could someone else handle scheduling? Can a recurring administrative task be automated? Is there a service that could take something off your plate?

Delegating does not mean giving up control. It gives you more time to focus on the areas where your experience and decision-making have the greatest impact.

It can also help prevent burnout. When every responsibility falls on one person, even simple tasks can start to feel overwhelming. Building a support system allows your business to grow without requiring you to do everything yourself.

The next time your to-do list feels impossible, ask yourself: “Does this really have to be done by me?”
