Incorporating

Hi Everyone,

Glad to be here.  Can someone advise me in how they incorporated their Bookkeeping business?  Did you start out by getting clients first and then incorporating?  Also, if/when you did incorporate did you go LLC or S-Corp?

Also, is there a community forum here for businesses looking for QuickBooks ProAdvisors and QuickBooks ProAdvisors that are looking for businesses?
