Generosity! During the holidays, I like to focus on how I can be generous with my spirit and time to serve others less fortunate than me. One of our family's favorite things to do is to adopt a family and make the holidays really special for them. Very much looking forward to that. You?
This season is a time that can feel really busy and I want to be able to slow down enough to be active and involved but also enjoy the days and things I'm doing. I wish that for all of you, too!
Juggle! Between work, family commitments, volunteering and getting ready for the holidays, I'm just trying to keep all the balls in the air. I'll add "exercise" and "enjoy" to the list -- three key words!
Resilience! I find that this time of year brings many challenges (year end stress, the pressures of your kids' semesters winding down, holiday shopping and the colds and flus that always seem to hit right now). But resilience is what allows us to endure, and stay focused on the joy and beauty of the season.
