Can I change Expenditure payments to show as debits the same as Bill payments in Supplier accounts when posted as unmatched payments allocated as"Creditors" ?

QuickBooks Online (QBO) currently doesn't have the ability to change Expenditure payments to show as debits. You can use or create a bill when purchasing items instead, since only the Bill payments to Supplier accounts will be debited to creditors.
