Can the default entry of reference no. be changed when paying a bill. Mine keeps saying bacs 29.05.30? I want it to be just bacs.

You may be able to delete the the 29.05.30 and save the payment with bacs however the next payment will populate bacs 29.05.30 as you have discovered. As the system uses a numerical sequencing system you can include a number after bacs, bacs 1 then the next payment you create will be bacs 2.
