Does the stock control facility include a stock location field for where stock is located ?

No, there is no multiple locations in QBO, and there is no item custom field to create a location either

This is not a feature that is available, however when you create stock, you can select a category to put the stock under - here you could create a category for a certain location and put each stock item from that location under it.
