Has anyone else had issues with GoCardless? My customers are completing the requests but the mandates are not being set up. GC support is useless, any advice appreciated

Since its settings it up with GC's side, we can't really figure out what to check in the GC side since we are not really trained with their program it will be a case of reaching out to GC's support team.
