Hello there. I'll help you with the steps in receiving payments from your customers in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

As I agree with @4Gal, QuickBooks Online on the other hand, allows you to select payment options to receive your customer's payments. It either accepts card payments with Paypal or sets up a direct debit with GoCardless. 

Here's how: 

1. Go to the +New icon. 
2. Select Invoice.
3. Fill out the necessary details.
4. Under the Payments options, choose between Accept Card Payments or Set up Direct Debits.
