Hello, my customer wants to pay by using their credit card and not by bank transfer - how do I use Quick books? Can I send them a link? Thanks

If you are running a service company, you can utilize a proposal management app to integrate with QBO and accept payments with many options.  i.e Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club (International), Discover (Domestic) and Direct Debit (BACS).

If you have a PayPal account you can link that to Quickbooks to accept credit card  payments from PayPal on the invoices. There is also Gocardless you can use if you want direct debit payments. Here is more about Gocardless.
