Yes, the email address will automatically populate in the Bill Payment page if you've set it in the supplier's profile, Maplemap.
If you want to enter a temporary email address, then you can do it manually in the Bill Payment page.
If the email address still won't appear in the Bill Payment page, we can do a few troubleshooting steps.
Cache helps improve software or website processes. However, it can also cause issues when piled up on your browser. Here's what we can do to get rid of this possibility:
Open a private browser and update the supplier's profile. Private browsers don't store cache files.
If it appears in the Bill Payment window successfully, we can clear the cache storage of your regular browser.
Another option would be to use other supported browsers. Each of it stores different sets of cache files.
Have you saved the payment? If so, could you please open it, select More at the bottom and delete (as long as it is not reconciled)? Once deleted, go into the supplier, remove the email address, save and then re-enter the address. Once the email address is saved again for the supplier, recreate the payment and let us know if the email address still does not show.
