How do i print or e mail all of the data columns in a purchase order ie the item code column

Hello Sales-gregrtapper, the SKU/Item code does not appear when you print the purchase order. If you want it to show it would be a case of adding it in the description column and it will then appear on the printable purchase order.

 If you want data columns to include the sku to be able to be printed/emailed.You could run a report> purchases by product/service detail >then go to customise on that report>add columns>add the sku column by adding a tick. Then run the report. That will show you the detail of each purchase order including item code. You can use the customise in that report to filter the report by supplier for example as well and then you can use the icon in the arrow icon to export to excel or the email icon to email it.
