How to setup previews for attachments in the All List?

We can only preview the attachments one at a time within QuickBooks, accounts35.

Here's how to do it:

1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner and select All Lists.
2. Select Attachments.
3. Click Download on the attachment you want to preview.

You can also export the attachments so you can preview them continuously:

1. In the Attachments page, mark the attachments you want to preview.
2. Click the Batch actions button.
3. Select Export.

The system will download the attachments as a zip file. Extract it on your local drive and preview the attachments continuously.
