I am trying to attach copy of bills which i HAVE BEEN DOING FINE FOR A YEAR AND IT IS COMING UP 'for security reasons we do not allow you to uploade this type of file?

Let's review and rename the file of your bills before uploading it. At times, QuickBooks fail to recognize if the same file name is used multiple times. You can read this article to learn more: Import your Bills.
