Good day, carltonmotcentre.

Are you trying to upload your logo into a sales form? Most of the unusual behaviors in QuickBooks Online are because of browser error. I have some recommendations we can perform to fix it.

Let's start by using an incognito window. From there, log in to your account and upload your logo.

  1. From the Gear icon, select Custom Form Styles.
  2. Locate the form and click Edit.
  3. On the Design tab, select Make logo edits.
  4. Click Add a logo.

If the same thing happens, please clear the cache to free your browser from junk/temporary files. You can also use another browser and make sure it's updated.

Also, you can upload it through your account settings. From the Gear icon, select Account and Settings. On the Company tab, click twice on the logo box. Select and open your logo, then click Save twice.

Once done, it'll reflect on your sales form template. Go back to the Custom Form Styles page and make some edits.
