I have 2 companies and want a service where I can keep on top of them both without needing to do spreadsheets etc. Can I do that on here?

Are both your companies vat registered? If they are it would be a case of getting to Quickbooks accounts and then you can switch between the two as you can use the same email address for both of the accounts.
