I’m missing some customers from one app but not the other two, I’ve tried uninstalling then reinstalling but still the same, any ideas?

We're aware of an issue with missing data (including customers and chart of accounts) on the iOS app.

Our team are actively working on a fix which will be included in a future update of the app. In the meantime, please access QuickBooks on the web to enter transactions.
