I made a mistake in setting up QB online for UK while my company is in Kenya. I need to migrate from UK to Kenya. How do I easily do this?

The migration process of moving to a different region account will need to be done manually. Your UK account will need to be cancelled, and you will need to take out a new subscription for your Kenya account.

You can export and import between QuickBooks accounts: customer lists, supplier lists, chart of accounts, products and services, open invoices and open bills.

To export the data, go to the lists, i.e. customers and select export in the top right hand corner above the list. To import the data into your new account go to the cog wheel > import data.

The only way to move your transactions over within the system is to connect your bank account and add them back in. If you do not want to do this, you can look at our third party apps via apps.intuit.com
