I need to send a generic email to my suppliers email addresses all at once and wondered if anyone knew how to do this from QuickBooks.

Hello melanie19, 

 

 

It is not possible to send an email via QuickBooks unless this is attached to a supplier transaction, i.e when sending remittance advice.

 

If you have email addresses entered within the suppliers contact information you can run the 'Supplier Contact List' report, export this to Excel, copy the email addresses and paste these into the 'To:' field when creating a new email through your own mailbox.
