Is there a way to turn off sales being defaulted to be collected by direct debit when our customers have signed up for gocardless?

Hi CharlieFrost, thanks for your post - customers with an active mandate for GoCardless in QuickBooks will always default to direct debit on the sales payment option. To workaround this, you can select 'let customer make payment' when entering the invoice, or set up a separate customer profile for the customer(s) in QB.
