Is there any ways to show how much the tax bill might be at the end of the Tax Year, so we know how much to put aside? and shows up on records? (QBE)

On QuickBooks Self-Employed you can look at the tax summary which is in the reports left hand side> tax summary view> this will load the page for you to look at. This report works off the boxes 15-47 of the self-assessment form which you use to help you fill out on the hmrc website, however other things might impact on this such as other incomes when you go to fill it out on the hmrc web page.
