I'm here to ensure that the mileage data will be recorded in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Here are some things you can check in your QBO account. This way, you can record the mileage seamlessly and the subscription that keeps asking will stop showing up.
I'd recommend going to Account and Settings to review your subscription status and account name. See the sample screenshots below for your guidance.
Once confirmed and the issue keeps going, I'd recommend doing some necessary troubleshooting steps. A browser full of cache and temp files can cause unforeseen behaviors. To begin, access your account through incognito. These browsers won't save any cache history. You may use the shortcut keys below:
Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
Control + Option + P (Safari)
Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)
From there, try to record the mileage to verify if it's already working appropriately. If that works, you'll want to clear the cache of your regular browser to remove previously-stored browsing data. Using another supported browser is a good alternative too.
