Morning how to i add a ticked item in my PRODUCTS AND SERVICES to my purchase order please?

Hello Peter-fry-cranes, welcome to the Community!It should allow you to add any product/service in the item details section on a purchase order. Are you only getting the option to add a category on the purchase order?

what we require to do is to tick an item in product and services and then it automatically puts it in your purchase order, as per old desk top version.

Hello Peter-fry-cranes, If you click on the purchase order and click on the product and service box under the item section> select which one you need and it will then put in all the information for you if it has already been entered in for that product or service. There is no other way of doing it. You have to manually select the P&S on the PO, it ant be done automatically. You can leave this as feedback within the main cog wheel.
