Thanks for joining the Community. I've got a few details to share with you about our redesigned tiers. 

 

We've recently updated the new program and crafted the point system in ProAdvisor. New points system are as follow:

  • Silver (0 to 199)
  • Gold (200 to 799)
  • Platinum (800 to 1599)
  • Elite (1600+)

If you have more than 200 points prior to the changing of tiers, it's possible that your points have expired. You can check out these articles for more information:
