Hello,

I would like to ask how I can get in touch with a QuickBooks representative.

I had a training session scheduled for using QuickBooks, but unfortunately it was canceled by someone from the QuickBooks team. I have not received any follow-up information regarding a new date or next steps.

Could you please advise on the best way to contact a representative so I can reschedule the training?

Since your last session was canceled without an update, the quickest way to resolve this is by contacting the QuickBooks Care team directly. Here's how:

 

  1. Navigate to the Help menu.
  2. Select the Search option and type "contact support."
  3. Click the Contact Us tab at the bottom.
  4. Enter the question, keyword, or topic for which you need assistance.
  5. Follow the prompts, then choose your preferred way to connect with us: Have us call you or Chat with us.

 

QuickBooks support is available for callbacks Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Live chat support is available Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and on weekends from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
