Annual State form display issue (Oregon STT)

 Has anyone come across any issues with annual STT-A Oregon form this year (2023) in QuickBooks? Page 2 (STT-2) will not display. Spent 2 hours on the phone with QB tech support and they couldn’t figure it out either?
