I'm here to share details about editing your paychecks in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Please know that yes, you can now edit paychecks in QBO. However, the ability to edit direct deposit paychecks is subject to factors such as processing time and payroll service. Additionally, paychecks cannot be edited if the payroll has not yet been sent.
To edit a paycheck, here's how:
Navigate to Payroll, then Employees.
Select Paycheck list and click on the paycheck(s) you'd like to make changes to.
In the Make adjustment field dropdown, select Edit.
Select Yes.
If you're unable to make changes, there will be a pop-up message explaining why. Thus I suggest you to our QuickBooks Payroll Support team for assistance. Our support representatives have the necessary expertise and tools to execute the adjustment on your behalf, ensuring that it is completed accurately and efficiently.
