Make sure to turn off the automatic forms and filing in your QuickBooks account and that the taxes and forms preference is set to I’ll pay and file the right agencies through their website or by mail. To check, follow these steps:
Go toSettings⚙, then selectPayroll Settings.
From the Taxes and forms section, selectEdit✎.
Uncheck the Automate taxes and forms box.
Then tick I’ll pay and file the right agencies through their website or by mail.
SelectSave, thenDone.
