I can help you with finding and printing your Quarterly Federal tax forms, @carmandsh.

Yes, you can find and print your Quarterly Federal Tax forms in QuickBooks Online (QBO). If you'll manually file this tax form, you'll need to archive the form to view and print it right after.

To archive the form:

  1. Go to the Taxes page and then click on Payroll Tax.
  2. Choose Quarterly Forms and then find the form.
  3. Click the liability period and select Archive.

Once done, you can now view and print the form:

  1. Go back to the Taxes page and then proceed to the Payroll Tax.
  2. Click on Filings and scroll down to the Filing Resources section and select Archived forms and filings.
  3. Select Quarterly Tax Forms.
  4. Follow the prompts to finish printing the form.

For more information on how to view and print your tax forms if you will/have e-filed or if you manually filed your tax form in QuickBooks Online Payroll: Access payroll tax forms and tax payments.

If you're subscribed to either QuickBooks Online Payroll Core, Payroll Premium, or Payroll Elite, refer to the following article on how we can pay and file your payroll taxes for you: Manage automatic tax payments and form filings.

From here, you can generate a payroll summary report to check the total payroll wages, taxes, deductions, and contributions for your employees. See this guide on how to run and customize the report: Create a payroll summary report in QuickBooks

Hello there, Ginny19. The form is not yet available since the first quarter doesn't end until March 31, 2026. I recommend keeping an eye out for updates, so you have the latest version when it's released.
