Can I use two different bank accounts for direct deposits to both employees and contractors? In QBO with Enhanced Payroll.

I can see how having the option for direct deposit using two bank accounts beneficial for you and others.

 

You can use two bank accounts for payroll if you are not using direct deposit. You can choose an account when generating a paycheck. However, this feature is unavailable for direct deposit under one EIN. Check out how to set up your company payroll for direct deposit.

Will the feature of being able to pay contractors from two separate bank accounts be added in the future?

As of right now, we don't have news about it, but you're welcome to submit your suggestion so our engineers know that you like to use two accounts. Simply click on the Gear icon and choose Feedback.
