can't contact support

I cannot follow the steps to contact support because after step two which is click on contact us while logged in I get an error. something went wrong try refreshing the page.

I've cleared my cookies and cash and tried an incognito windows and also try it on different browsers and  different devices. nothing. is there another way cuz I need to get W-2 corrected for payroll automated SSN.
