Can't create paychecks?

Is there an error or is the Run Payroll function not working? Please provide more details so I can check what's stopping you from creating paychecks.

While waiting for your response, you can try logging into your QuickBooks account using a private or incognito browser. Then, create paychecks from there.

If that works, you can go back to the regular browse, then clear the cache and cookies on the. This helps retrieve the functionality of the program. Follow the steps to clear the cache for your browser.
