Can't find a filed 941 in archived reports? Q2 & Q3 2020 Any advice?

If you e-filed your 941 form, it should be listed under Archived forms. However, it will only be available for viewing for approximately 35 days following the end of the quarter. Amended forms are also available once your case is complete.

Since you're unable to see them, I recommend contacting our Support Team. They can help you access these forms. Please also take note of our support hours so we can address your concerns on time.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Help icon.
2. Choose the Search tab and then Contact Us.
3. Enter a brief description of your concern.
4. Press Continue.
