Currently, the spell-checker option is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Instead, you may utilize your browser's feature. You can follow these steps to turn this on in any of your browsers:
For Chrome:
Go to the Menu icon and pick Settings.
Click the Hamburger icon to show the rest of the menu.
Choose Languages and click on the drop-down arrow under the Language section.
For the Spell check, click the drop-down arrow and select English.
For Internet Explorer:
Click Tools and choose Internet Options.
Pick Languages under the General tab.
Choose the language you would like to add.
Hit OK.
For Firefox:
Open the browser settings.
Click the Content tab.
Under the Languages heading, choose your preferred language.
For Safari:
Go to System Preferences.
Select Language & Region.
Click Preferred Language and select the language you would like.
On the other hand, you may consider using a third-party application to help check your spelling. You can find one by visiting this website: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home/.
Additionally, you can check this link to help personalize your reports: Customize reports.
Let me know if you have additional questions about spell check or any QuickBooks concerns. I'll be around to help. Take good care.
