Currently, we're unable to customize the paycheck stubs in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to hide the sick leave balance. I understand your business has unique needs, and we listen to customer feedback. Go to the Gear icon.
Select Feedback under Profile.
Enter your feature request, then click Next.
Additionally, you can keep track of your employee accruals by running payroll reports in QBO.
