Please know that our Customer Care Team will only contact you if you set up a callback request over an issue with your QuickBooks account. Furthermore, we had to remove your phone number because it could lead to a security risk.

To handle this properly, I highly suggest reaching out to them within your QBO account since we'll need to collect some personal information to pull up your account, which I’m unable to perform here in the Community to protect your security because it's a public forum.
