Thanks for posting your concern here in the QuickBooks forum, @e030699,
I can help you get the pay increase information of your employee.
At the moment, we do not have a specific report in QBO showing the change of employee's pay rate. But, not to worry, we can use another report for you to keep track of the pay history.
For this, we can use the Payroll Summary by Employee report. Here's how to use the report:
Go to the Reports menu and choose Payroll Summary by Employee from the list.
On the report, you will need to toggle by year so the correct rate will appear.
Make sure to tick the Rate box and fill out the other filters.
Once done, press Run Report.
See the following screenshots showing the change of rate from last year and the current year:

Welcome to the Community. I'm here to help you get the support you need with the employee pay rates in QuickBooks Online.
Ideally, the option to add the employee pay rates should be available when you run the report. Since you're unable to include it on your end, I'm checking for any updates concerning any changes to the payroll reports.
While waiting for the confirmation, I've replicated to see if the other payroll versions are showing the same results. Considering that I'm getting the same output and options, I recommend contacting our Payroll Support Team.
This way, one of our support can take over and further investigate why the Pay Rate is no longer an option.
